Facilitate and provide schools and departments ​with ​t​h​​e tools needed for self-service reporting, standard dashboards and analytics. ​Secure data access is also provided.

Requests for new reports will first be processed by Tier 2 support in each department. If you need to make a request for access, please send email to the following addresses:

For the Registar's Office and Student Administration, send email to infoline@columbia.edu.

For Human Resources, send email to psdev@columbia.edu.

For Finance, send email to fininfosys@columbia.edu.

Additional Information: 

CUIT currently supports multiple tools for schools and departments to develop departmental and/or self-service reports. Tools include: Web Intelligence, Dashboard Builder, and Explorer. An Agile BI analytics tool is currently under consideration.

Report delivery is dependent on the database that supports each set of reports. Financial reports are dependent on the Financal Data Store (FDS) which is available between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. HR reports are available 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Student Administrative and Registrar reports are available 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
