Please send email to askcuit@columbia.edu to submit a service request. Customers can expect a response within 5 business days for service requests.

Please send email to askcuit@columbia.edu or call the CUIT Service Desk at 212-854-1919 to ask questions or report an issue. Customers can expect a response between 4 - 12 business hours, depending on the priority of the incident.

The CUIT Desktop Support group can provide you with a wide array of computing support for your University owned equipment, including access to directory services (Domain Access: ALPHA), Exchange server access, a core set of supported hardware and software, device imaging, application packaging, operating systems patch releases and license management for all CUIT managed Windows and Macintosh devices, and a local drive backup solution.

CUIT provides service on Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
