Make a Request

Make a Request: 
The online Service Catalog can be used to request for Additional Space (CUIT Exchange and File Servers) and New Shared Mailbox \ Calendar.  If you need to make a request for either of these two items, please use the online ServiceNow request forms by submitting an online request now.
 
 
For all other requests, please send email to askcuit@columbia.edu to submit a service request. Customers can expect a response within 1-3 business days for service requests.

CUIT provides email service to the Columbia University community of students, faculty and staff. The service includes automatic backups of mail stored on our servers, support for secure protocols for sending and retrieving mail, and extensive spam-filtering. This service is available 24/7.
