CUIT offers configuration support and assistance for iPhones and some Android devices. We recommend wireless service from AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the CUIT Service Desk at 212-854-1919 to ask questions or report an issue. Customers can expect a response within 4-12 business hours, based on the priority of the incident.
Devices purchased from CUIT come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accident, modification or other improper use of the equipment. For more information, please visit http://cuit.columbia.edu/mobile-devices.
