The online Service Catalog now provides faculty and staff online order forms and a check out process for ordering ​new ​mobile devices, ordering accessories, canceling service, rentals, and other services.  Order here.

CUIT offers configuration support and assistance for iPhones and some Android devices. We recommend wireless service from AT&T and Verizon Wireless.

Devices purchased from CUIT come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accident, modification or other improper use of the equipment. For more information, please visit http://cuit.columbia.edu/mobile-devices.
