Technical support of Columbia University's financial aid processing.

Make a Request: 

Please send email to askcuit@columbia.edu to submit a request. A license fee is required for each desktop client. No costs for the web client or NetPartner.

Please send email to askcuit@columbia.edu or call the CUIT Service Desk at 212-854-1919 to ask questions or report an issue. We will contact our customers within one hour for emergencies and within one business day for normal incidents.

Additional Information: 

Administration of financial aid and viewing of financial aid information can be done via the following clients:

  • Desktop Client – Used by administrators who will be updating financial aid data
  • Web Client – Used by administrators who will be viewing (read only) financial aid data
  • NetPartner – Used by students to view and act on their financial aid information

This service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
