The online Service Catalog now provides faculty and staff online order forms and a check out process for electronic document management customers to request implementation of OnBase services.
 
The online Service Catalog can be used to request updates to OnBase services.

Service is available 24x7 except during pre-announced maintenance periods.

OnBase provides a platform to capture, manage, access, integrate, measure, and store business content, i.e. data or documents. It has the ability to integrate with University systems, such as Accounting and Reporting at Columbia (ARC), Student Information Systems (SIS), PowerFAIDs, non-University systems such as SLATE, ApplyYourself, World Education Services (WES); and capabilities such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Full-Text search capabilities, eForms management, and Redaction. Digital fax server available.
