Make a Request
The online Service Catalog now provides faculty and staff online order forms and a check out process for new electronic signature customers to request implementation of DocuSign services.
For existing customers, the online Service Catalog can be used to request updates to DocuSign services including adding users or changing an existing form or template.
Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the CUIT Service Desk at 212-854-1919 to ask questions or report an issue. Customers can expect a response within 4-12 business hours, based on the priority of the incident.
An enterprise license has been negotiated between DocuSign and Columbia University enabling any Columbia University employee to create a DocuSign account.
While creating a DocuSign account is free, using the service costs $3.25 per “envelope” or transaction.
