DocuSign is a secure cloud service that provides electronic signature technology for the signing of documents and the creation of signature and approval workflows to increase the efficiency of your business processes.

Make a Request

Make a Request: 

The online Service Catalog now provides faculty and staff online order forms and a check out process for new electronic signature customers to request implementation of ​DocuSign services.

For existing customers, the online Service Catalog can be used to request updates to DocuSign services including adding users or changing an existing form or template.

Additional Information: 

An enterprise license has been negotiated between DocuSign and Columbia University enabling any Columbia University employee to create a DocuSign account.

While creating a DocuSign account is free, using the service costs $3.25 per “envelope” or transaction.
