Please send email to or call the CUIT Service Desk at 212-854-1919 to ask questions or report an issue. Customers can expect a response within 2 hours for emergencies, and within 1-3 business days for normal issues.

Additional Information: 

To enhance LionMail, we have enabled a number of additional Google Apps. Although these apps are available for your use, they are not part of the core set of Google services managed by CUIT and, therefore, support is only available through Google's online support documentation.
